Patents, Copyright and CompensationThe Seller fully and fully protects the Customer, at its own expense, from any claim or complaint against the customer resulting from a claim for infringement of U.S. patents or copyrights resulting from the Seller`s use of devices, technologies, documentation and/or data developed in the services and products described in this Agreement.
