The treaty is subject to the law. The application of the United Nations Convention on International Goods Contracts (Vienna Convention 1980 – CISG) is excluded. “If the changes resulting from this adaptation/modification have a significant impact on the nature or quality of the products, the parties renegotiate in good faith the relevant parameters of this contract and the applicable schedule. Companies must ensure that their contract manufacturers offer quality products and services. Most custom manufacturing agreements contain many quality standards provisions. This saves time and effort over the long term and reduces the chance for the end customer to get a below-average product. 15.2 This contract can only be amended by a written agreement of the contracting parties (including e-mail) (including e-mail) 8.5 The termination of that contract for any reason does not affect the entry into force or continuation of a provision in this treaty expressly or implicitly intended to enter into force or remain in force after or after termination. 8.1 If this contract is terminated for any reason, the manufacturer offers the customer all products manufactured by the manufacturer but not delivered to the customer at the time of termination, as well as all labelling and packaging stocks that can be used but not used for goods bearing one of the marks, at a price to the customer corresponding to their costs. 9.4 Any technology or other confidential information covered by Section 9.1 may be used by the party concerned for any purpose or transmitted by that entity to another person, as only a portion of these technologies is made public at the time of this contract or is made public without fault on the part of the party concerned, provided that that party does not disclose any part of that technology or other confidential information that is not known to the public. 1.5.4 The customer reimburses the manufacturer from time to time, during the duration of this contract and on the manufacturer`s duly justified and properly documented request, reasonable costs for all tools necessary to maintain and repair or replace the devices, except in the event of a manufacturer`s failure. Most manufacturing contracts include some or all of the following: 1.2 Products manufactured and delivered to the customer by the manufacturer pursuant to this contract are delivered in accordance with Article 5.1. the manufacturer has no right with respect to the technology disclosed in Article 1.4, the intellectual property of the “customer in respect of him or any of the trademarks,” and the manufacturer may not use any of these technologies or intellectual property, except for the purposes covered by Article 5.1 and in any other way pursuant to this contract.
